Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Case Aide to support case management teams in completing ORR requirements for children in care. You will provide administrative support, prepare and process forms, and assist with scheduling fingerprint appointments and data entry to ensure timely case progression.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Occasional travel to locations including Pecos Children’s Center may be required.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School or GED diploma.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training. Strong research and technical writing skills required.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; able to read, write and verbally communicate and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Distribute caseload to ensure all cases are accounted for within the allotted time.
• Contact sponsors regarding family reunification packets, records requests, and file audits.
• Arrange transportation for children in care to other departments as needed.
• Complete training requirements provided by ORR and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Schedule calls and file documents; assist with affiliate contracts, expense reports and monitoring reports.
• Assist with data entry compliance and maintaining program records to meet ORR standards.
