Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with standard software: word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to travel occasionally and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Support ORR's 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain records per ORR/NYAP policies and complete data entry.
• Process verification of release (VOR) changes as needed.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and travel coordination.
