Job summary

Rite of Passage affiliate PASO Home Study/Post Release Services Program seeks a Level 2 Case Manager to conduct home studies and provide ongoing case management for unaccompanied immigrant children after release from ORR custody. The role involves home visits, crisis intervention, and collaboration with sponsors in the assigned area.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in social services, fluent Spanish, and at least 1 year in child welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology or related field required.
• Experience in child welfare or immigrant services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and phone contacts to assess safety and placement suitability.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect families to community services as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with PASO policies.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding child safety and well-being.
• Participate in supervision and other duties as assigned.
