Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Case Aide for La Jornada in Blue Ash, OH. You will support ORR’s 7 Day Case Management policy, maintain records, assist with intake/discharge, and coordinate legal screenings and travel for children and staff.

Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required; a High School diploma is required, with a 4-year degree preferred. This role offers competitive benefits and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in general computer use and office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties supporting ORR’s 7 Day Case Management policy requirements.
• Maintain and organize case files and intake/discharge packages.
• Assist with searches, background checks, and CA/N checks for potential sponsors.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff and support legal screenings.
