Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our Asphalt division in the United States. The role requires operating skid steers, rollers, tack trucks, pavers, screeds, milling machines, and related equipment, with hands-on inspections and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating asphalt paving or heavy construction equipment.
• Daily travel required; must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple asphalt and heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Support paving and milling operations with proper material placement and grading.
• Maintain safe work area following OSHA and site standards.
• Coordinate with foremen, laborers, and drivers to ensure smooth paving operations.
