Amrize in Crofton, MD is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Asphalt division. You will safely operate skid steers, rollers, paving machines, and grinding equipment, perform inspections, and support paving operations to ensure correct depth and alignment.

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience operating asphalt paving or heavy construction equipment.
• Must be able to travel daily and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate multiple types of equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate multiple asphalt and heavy equipment and perform pre/post inspections.
• Support paving and milling operations to ensure proper depth and grade.
• Maintain safe work area and follow OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with foremen and crew to maintain productive paving operations.
