Onvo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects for our travel plazas, from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. You will define scope, develop plans with timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and drive results.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct work experience in project management.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Estimate required resources and secure them as necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders, manage expectations, and report progress.
• Identify dependencies and critical path; plan milestones and schedules.
• Track milestones, report problems and solutions, and manage changes.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Conduct post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects.
