Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 100% travel position within our Engineering division. You will direct field work, manage installations, and oversee operations across worldwide sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Applicants should have 1+ year in engineering PM roles, strong problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder communication. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus; willingness to travel continuously is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of project management experience in engineering.
• Experience planning, directing, and leading field work.
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
• Experience in project installations and overseeing field operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and production oversight.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across diverse locations.
• Willingness to travel constantly and adapt to new places.
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; PM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and lead field work for various engineering projects across multiple locations worldwide.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of project installation from planning to execution.
• Oversee field operations and maintain safety and efficiency on all job sites.
• Ensure inventory control processes are adhered to and resources used effectively.
• Provide production oversight to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, team members, and suppliers on progress.
