Onvo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects from initiation to closure for our travel plazas. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget, ensuring achievement of project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing detailed plans, communicating expectations, managing resources and dependencies, and coaching team members to ensure accountability and success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity in fuel, convenience stores or related.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Onvo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects from initiation to closure for our travel plazas. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring the successful achievement of project goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and acquire them as necessary.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, managing expectations and communicating progress.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and report on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity in fuel, convenience stores or related.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.
