Job summary

Onvo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects from initiation to closure for our travel plazas.

The role focuses on defining scope, developing plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Candidates should have 5+ years in PM, strong leadership, and familiarity with PM methodologies in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity in fuel, convenience stores or related.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
