Zusammenfassung

RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, is seeking an Account Manager to grow partnerships across the assigned territory and strengthen our presence in the local market. This remote role is open to candidates in the United States with travel up to 40%.

You will expand our network with tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs and OTAs, provide system training, analyze market data, and drive API deals. Fluency in Mandarin and English and an entrepreneurial mindset are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of account management or B2B business development experience in travel.
• Deep understanding of the region's B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Aufgaben

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Provide system training and follow-up with partners.
• Position the brand through product presentations and events.
• Address partner incidents and ensure support.
• Oversee transaction processing and payment accuracy.
• Travel up to 40% of time for meetings and events.
• Provide market and competitive analysis.
• Deliver regular reporting through CRM and internal systems.
• Develop and maximize API deals with partners.
