Qualifications

• Experience in key account management and brand partnerships.
• Experience coordinating a partnership from discussion through execution.
• Strong follow-through on details and deliverables.
• Comfortable with commercial discussions with senior partner contacts.
• Excellent organization and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for partner meetings: research, materials, and proposals.
• Join meetings and participate in discussions and negotiations.
• Travel with manager to meet partners and document decisions.
• Follow up on questions, track open items, and keep both sides informed.
• Turn agreements into execution plans with deliverables, owners, deadlines.
• Coordinate launches with Marketing, Advertising, Operations, and City teams.
• Maintain partner relationships and identify opportunities to expand.
