RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to maintain and grow client relationships and strengthen market presence. This remote role is open to candidates in selected European markets and involves collaboration with sales teams to identify growth opportunities in the travel B2B space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in account or customer management for B2B companies within travel.
• Understanding of the region’s travel market and B2B networks (tours, agencies, OTAs).
• Fluent in Polish and English; other languages are advantageous.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Data-driven decision making with strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities in the defined territory.
• Provide system training and improve partners’ usage of platforms.
• Promote the client’s brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Advise on incident resolutions and coordinate communications among parties.
• Oversee partner payment processes and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Prepare reports in CRM and internal systems with insights on partner activity and market developments.
