Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Coordinator to perform all facets of the operations department, including tour reception, gifting and contract processing.

You will greet touring guests, collect information, assign tours to Sales Agents, and provide support to Sales, Marketing and HR teams. The role requires at least 1 year of office and customer service experience and familiarity with CRS/EPNY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year general office experience.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Experience with CRS/EPNY or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests and collect guest information.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and share necessary details with Sales & Marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and answer questions professionally.
• Process gifts, tour records, and contract reconciliations in all systems.
