Travel Leisure Resort Development Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage tour reception, gifting, and contracts in alignment with SOPs. The role supports Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams while ensuring a professional guest experience.

The position emphasizes data entry, contract preparation, and daily reconciliation, with attention to PII/PCI data handling and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with CRS or EPNY and Microsoft Office.
• One year of general office and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests.
• Collect and validate guest information.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and inform Sales/Marketing.
• Provide professional customer service; answer phones; assist with contracts.
• Distribute premiums; reconcile gifts, tours, and contracts daily.
• Enter data into CRS/Epiphany; run reports.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site statistics.
• File and secure documents; handle PII/PCI compliant data.
• Prepare contracts for Sales and Owners.
• Support Sales/Marketing/HR/Resort teams; ad-hoc duties.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
