Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals nationwide.

This 100% travel position requires regional and national travel, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and strong problem-solving across hardware and software. An associate degree with 3–5 years field experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service training.
• 3–5 years field experience in a technical environment.
• Strong computer skills and remote troubleshooting across software platforms.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication.
• Valid driver license and personal vehicle for local work.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Able to clear hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware/software.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data with high-quality documentation.
• Full-time travel with 40-hour weeks; overtime as needed.
