Responsibilities

• Lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site staff.
• Test, configure, and update hardware, software and network products.
• Document data and maintain quality documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; 40+ hour weeks with overtime as needed.
