Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead installation, updating, and service for medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals nationwide.

Role requires 3–5 years of field experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Eligible candidates must be able to travel regionally and nationally and work a 40-hour week with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (3-5 years).
• Strong problem-solving and remote troubleshooting skills across multiple software programs.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication are required.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hospital staff with ongoing communication and customer support.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally with an assignment-based schedule and 40-hour weeks.
• Occasionally work overtime as needed to meet project timelines.
