Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Travel Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices including infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States.

This 100% travel role requires a 40+ hour week, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Immunizations/credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience (3–5 years).
• Strong computer skills for troubleshooting and remote issue resolution.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication required.
• Able to work independently or in a team with strong time management.
• Active driver’s license and personal vehicle for local work.
• Must meet immunization and hospital credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Install, update, and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Test, document, and record data from product tests after installation.
• Submit daily data and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally with a 40-hour weekly commitment.
