Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead installation, update, and servicing of infusion pumps and related medical devices in hospitals nationwide. You will coordinate with healthcare professionals, supervise a small team, and ensure reliable device performance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 100% travel across the United States, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service training.
• 3–5 years field service experience in medical devices.
• Strong computer skills and remote troubleshooting abilities.
• Active and unrestricted driver license with personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to install, update, and service medical devices in hospitals nationwide.
• Provide ongoing customer support and communicate with on-site hospital staff.
• Test, document, and record data from product checks after installation.
• Travel 100% with 40-hour week commitments and overtime as needed.
