Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead teams installing, updating and servicing infusion pumps, batteries, and related devices in hospitals nationwide. This 100% travel role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Expect 40+ hours weekly with local, regional and national travel, and credentials/ immunizations as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 3–5 years field experience.
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely within multiple software programs.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication skills required.
• Self‑motivated individual who can work independently or collaboratively within a team, required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update devices, and configure hardware/software.
• Document daily data and ensure high-quality documentation.
