Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting methods and IT fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows OS, networking basics, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT partner to facilities and service center teams.
• Coordinate deployment, service, and ordering of IT equipment.
• Install and support networking and telecom equipment with vendors.
• Manage mobile devices via MDM and respond to support requests in Zendesk.
• Maintain ServiceNow data and contribute to IT projects for facilities.
