Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent, plus related experience.
• High School Diploma + 3 years experience in relevant areas.
• Experience with high-speed internet, WIFI, satellite/digital TV and IPTV.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support in the Northern CA region.
• Resolve technical issues with SONIFI products and services.
• Travel within assigned region; participate in on-call and occasional overtime.
