Job summary

Cascadia Services is seeking an IT Field Resource to provide on-site support across multiple locations, set up and manage computers and software, and ensure secure, efficient IT operations for healthcare environments.

The role requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach, with extensive travel and a passion for technology in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, AD, cloud services, and IT security basics.
• Certifications in Network+, Security+, Azure MCSE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across multiple geographic locations.
• Set up and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Perform password resets and track via ticketing system.
• Install and configure software per field needs.
• Monitor local networks to optimize performance and uptime.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and systems.
• Train users on software and equipment usage.
• Document repairs and fixes for training and faster resolutions.
