Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician to support customers across Northern California, including the Napa area. You will resolve technical issues, travel as needed, and be the face of SONIFI in hospitality and healthcare environments.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call and overtime. Company vehicle, tools, and devices are provided to enable success.

Qualifications

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience.
Experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.

Responsibilities

Support customers in the Northern CA region face-to-face and over the phone.
Travel occasionally outside the assigned area as needed to meet service level agreements.
Be flexible with on-call, overtime, and weekend work to support customers.
