Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Field Network Technician / IT Tech Support in the Bay Area (San Francisco). You will perform on-site client visits and remote support from our Campbell office, covering servers, networks, computers, and related devices.

A reliable vehicle and valid license are required for frequent travel across the Bay Area. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting work, with potential weekend shifts and lifting.

Qualifications

4 years of network design/management experience.
2 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
Advanced troubleshooting across Windows Server and PC hardware.
Certifications in A+, MCSE, Network+ or CNA preferred.
Willingness to travel to client sites with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Install, setup, and troubleshoot servers, IT networks, computers, printers, and wireless devices at client sites.
Document history of each project and communicate progress to clients.
Drive to client sites and provide on-site and remote support; create IT documentation.
