Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training role to guide customers through conversion to our Reynolds software. You will travel extensively to install and train dealership personnel, then support customers remotely from your home office when not on site.

Ideal candidates bring a strong communication style, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and are prepared to travel up to 80% with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers when not on site and prepare for future trips from home office.
