Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to support customer conversions to our software. The role involves traveling about 80% of the time to install and customize the system for dealership clients and train personnel on use of the solution.

When not on site, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with clean record.
• Must have reliable home internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert Reynolds and Reynolds software.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers during the conversion process.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling and prepare for upcoming trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers after installations.
