The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a traveling trainer to help customers smoothly convert to our software and provide ongoing training and support. You will travel extensively to dealerships, understanding their needs and tailoring the system, then train key personnel on effective usage.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in converting to Reynolds and Reynolds software and provide training.
• Travel to dealerships up to 80% of the time to install and train users.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train personnel on its use.
• Support current customers from the home office when not on site, and prepare for upcoming trips.
