Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a seasoned project leader to oversee complex construction programs from concept through close-out. The role requires guiding multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence across diverse sites nationwide, with frequent travel.

The ideal candidate brings deep EPC/QA knowledge, strong communication, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years experience may substitute the degree.
• Experience on electrical scopes of large construction projects (5–10 years).
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from concept to close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement project control systems, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Customer, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and turnover.
