Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. comprised of Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products, seeks a Field Support Technician to travel within the service area to repair proprietary equipment at customer locations, including kiosks, networking gear, and vending systems in jails and prisons.

Remote support and service desk coordination are involved. The role requires a strong IT background, excellent communication, and willingness to travel; hybrid work location with some travel to Saint Louis for

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, pc's, vending machines, networking equipment, and other IT equipment located within Jails and Prisons.
• Excellent communication with customers and while working with the Service Desk, regional staff, and peers.
• Work with Service Desk team on preventative maintenance and walk throughs.
• Update Work Order (WO) module with travel time, notes on work performed and WO resolution.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and components and our product offerings evolve.
• Travel into Saint Louis as needed for hands on training with equipment.
