Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. seeks a Field Support Representative for a travel-heavy, in-house talent pool role in the Seattle area. You will replace and support Office Service Reps, visiting multiple client sites to handle mail, copying, reception and related duties.

Heavy travel (up to 75%) is required, with reimbursement for travel expenses. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Capable of performing basic job functions under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, weighing, logging and other shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding expectations and proactive problem resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail & packages; manage outgoing items per regulations.
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor inventory and keep area neat.
• May assist with reception tasks and perform document scanning; support site manager as needed.
