The position requires reliable transit or a vehicle and will reimburse travel expenses. You will rotate through the region, handling diverse admin duties and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ mailroom/office experience.
• Perform basic duties under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, logging, shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure total customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Receive, sort, deliver mail/packages; dispatch outgoing items per regulations.
• Organize and distribute office supplies; monitor inventory.
• Handle photocopying tasks; maintain logs and quality checks.
• Learn new features of office equipment and assist with scanning/shipping.
• Provide reception support and assist site manager with duties as needed.
