Job summary

Canon Business Process Services seeks a Field Support Representative to join our in-house talent pool. The FSR will be assigned a home location and travel to client sites across the region to perform mail, packages, reception and related duties.

Role requires heavy travel (up to 75%), reliable transportation or driving record, and reimbursement for business travel. Emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and flexibility in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in mailroom or professional office environment preferred.
• Capable of performing basic job functions under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and shipping procedures.
• General proficiency with office equipment (fax, scanner, photocopier etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction (internal & external).
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages to floors; manage postage and dispatch.
• Package and process outgoing items; log and deliver overnight packages.
• Organize and distribute supplies; monitor inventory of copy supplies and toner.
• Operate and maintain facsimile machines; generate reports as needed.
• Provide reception duties and assist with various admin tasks as directed by Site Manager.
