Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Field Operating Manager to supervise vacant offices and support operations across North America. The role involves traveling frequently to mentor office managers, audit equipment, and ensure office readiness during transitions.

The FOM will supervise multiple office teams, maintain client care standards, and coordinate with Home Base departments to align visits, coverage, and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coaching office staff.
• Willing and able to travel 1-3 times per week, including frequent air travel and overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several offices at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including detailed visit reports.

Responsabilités

• Office Visits: complete 1–3 in-person office visits per week, train managers, and account for company property.
• Managing Vacant Offices: supervise 6–12 office manager teams, conduct regular check-ins, and maintain client care.
• Documentation and Handoff: document findings, keep office status up to date, and prepare a clear handoff for incoming OD.
