Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Project Manager for the Los Angeles area. This role travels 100% and supports planning, start-ups, and re-engineering of client accounts across the country.

The PM will assist in managing hospital ES departments under supervision of the Department Director. Key duties include staff scheduling, enforcing work standards, monitoring inventory, training staff, and reporting disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Employees in healthcare are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term of employment at Xanitos.
• Post-Offer Medical and Background Screening, including DMV check and Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and schedule days off, holidays, and vacations to meet account needs.
• Assign personnel to established areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
