Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. seeks Environmental Services Training Project Managers in GA. The role supports management of hospital environmental services departments with 100% travel nationwide.

You will help plan start-ups, audit and re-engineer accounts, and supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance standards under the Department Director. The position emphasizes hands-on training to prepare you for operational duties, strong leadership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening, to include DMV check and Drug Test required
• 10 days on 4 days off travel schedule
• Local to the area

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection; interview candidates and schedule time off
• Assign personnel to areas or project duties
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment use
• Ensure proper orientation and ongoing training of staff
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance
• Discipline associates per progressive disciplinary guidelines
• Prepare disciplinary reports and conduct follow-up investigations
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture and management philosophy
• Demonstrate leadership in meeting performance plans
