Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 required unless exempt by law.
• Post-offer medical and background screening, including DMV check and drug test.
• 10 days on 4 days off travel schedule.
• Local to the Riverside area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff scheduling and assign project duties.
• Conduct quality checks and manage materials inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure staff orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines and document outcomes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly environmental conditions.
• Model and promote Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Demonstrate leadership to meet performance plans.
