Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Training Project Manager in Portland, OR. The role involves leading start-ups and re-engineering accounts with 100% travel, training staff, and coordinating with hospital environmental services.

You will manage scheduling, QA, and staff mentoring, working with the Department Director to develop operations and service quality across accounts. This hands-on role builds operational leadership through training and progressive responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must have one to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection process. Schedule days off, holidays and vacations, ensuring account needs are met.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conducts quality assurance checks and manages materials inventory and equipment usage.
• Ensure staff receives orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to perform to their best potential.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Demonstrate and promote Xanitos' culture, values, and management philosophy.
