Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Training Project Manager based in Portland, OR, with 100% travel. You will assist in managing hospital Environmental Services departments, plan staffing, and mentor staff under the Director's guidance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA, training, and leadership to help staff reach performance goals, while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment and upholding company culture and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Post-offer medical, background screening, including DMV check and drug test.
• 10 days on 4 days off travel schedule; local to the area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection; interview candidates as needed and schedule time off.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties and monitor progress.
• Conduct quality assurance checks; manage materials inventory and equipment use.
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing education; provide guidance and motivation.
• Discipline staff when needed; prepare disciplinary reports and follow up.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, orderly environment and promote company values.
