Xanitos seeks an Environmental Services Project Manager in the Riverside area. The PM will assist in managing hospital Environmental Services Departments, coordinating staff, inventory, and service delivery while traveling 100% to customer sites across the country.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, quality checks, and problem solving, under the guidance of the ES Director. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.

Responsabilités

• Schedule staff, assign personnel to project duties, and monitor inventory and equipment usage.
• Provide orientation and training to staff; mentor and motivate team members.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain a sanitary, orderly environment.
• Prepare disciplinary actions and lead investigations as needed with guidance from the Department Director.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote Xanitos culture and values.
