The role involves 100% travel across accounts nationwide, with hands-on training and progression toward department leadership under the direction of the Environmental Services Director. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, quality checks, and ensuring sanitary, safe, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must have 1–3 years supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Travel: 100% travel required; local to area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Environmental Services department under supervision.
• Schedule staff, enforce standards, and monitor inventory and equipment usage.
• Provide orientation and training, mentor staff, and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain sanitary and orderly environment and promote company culture.
• Demonstrate leadership to meet performance plans and deadlines.
