Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Vertical Director for Travel & Education in New York. You will drive strategy, own revenue targets, and ensure flawless campaign execution, leading the Client Solutions Managers and collaborating with Sales and Product teams.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to turn client objectives into measurable outcomes while scaling best practices across key Travel & Education clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• Experience managing client solutions teams, with talent development and scaling.
• Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
• Strong ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and assess campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve Travel & Education clients.
• Train and empower the team to serve as external product consultants, educating clients and agencies.
• Partner with Travel & Education leadership as a strategic thought partner, identifying priorities and efficiencies.
• Leverage data to identify consumer trends and lead your CSM team in developing playbooks.
• Coach and develop Client Solutions teams on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis at scale.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on TikTok's features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product to inform roadmaps based on advertiser needs and feedback.
