Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by launching new accounts and leading corrective actions across the region. You’ll operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager in a travel-intensive role.

Requirements include a 4-year degree and 5+ years in operations or related fields, with proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HCM software.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end startup of new accounts and lead corrective action plans regionally.
• Develop site procedure manuals, analyze floor plans, and optimize staffing schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding of frontline staff and field leadership; conduct trainings.
• Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits to measure efficiency and tech adoption.
