The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by overseeing the end-to-end startup of new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. You will operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager.
Responsibilities include developing site procedures, coordinating onboarding, training field staff, and auditing 90-day post-implementation performance to ensure efficiency and technology adoption.
Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 + 5% bonus opportunity and $600/month car allowance.

Requirements: 4-year Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, training, or HR; proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms.

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by managing the end-to-end startup of new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. Operating as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager, you will:
Develop customized site procedure manuals (CIMS), analyze floor plans, and build optimized staffing schedules.
Partner with local teams to recruit, screen, and onboard frontline associates and field leadership.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, deliver comprehensive field training, and track operational metrics.
Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits on new accounts to evaluate operational efficiency and technology adoption.
4-year Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
Tech-savvy with proficiency across ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.
Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 75% regionally, including frequent overnight stays.
Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
