Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) Gurgaon, India, is seeking a client‑facing Implementation/Project Manager to onboard travel programs and lead multi‑team projects. You will create detailed plans, coordinate client discussions, and troubleshoot configurations like travel policy and pricing.

You will collaborate with service delivery, product development, and support to drive global implementations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and ability to manage client calls in English.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Previous project management experience preferred.
• Ability to drive results in a P/L environment.
• Knowledge of corporate travel and related systems.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal relationship management.
• Proficiency with PC applications and travel tools.

Responsibilities

• Be client-facing and help clients onboard their travel programs with GBT.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans on applicable projects.
• Coordinate discussions with clients to set expectations and determine policy.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot the site including travel policy and PNRs.
• Collaborate with global Amex GBT locations and internal teams.
• Contribute to departmental metrics and weekly status updates.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and support new vendor initiatives.
