Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive startup of new accounts and lead corrective action plans across the region. This role operates as Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager, coordinating site procedures, staffing, and training.

Requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years in operations/project management or HR. Travel up to 75% with regional overnight trips; ATS/CRM/HCM proficiency is essential.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized site procedure manuals (CIMS) and analyze floor plans to build optimized staffing schedules.
• Partner with local teams to recruit, screen, and onboard frontline associates and field leadership.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, deliver field training, and track operational metrics.
• Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits on new accounts to evaluate operational efficiency and technology adoption.

Implementation Manager

• Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 + 5% bonus opportunity and $600/month car allowance.
