Job summary

ALTOUR is seeking a Senior Global Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of highly complex, multinational travel program implementations. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, balance global standardization with local market needs, and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives across regions and partners.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end deployments, developing scalable playbooks, and driving operational readiness while aligning with client contracts and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred and 10 years of relevant experience in large global implementations.
• Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Experience managing others including contractors and suppliers.
• Customer service oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex global travel fulfillment and servicing implementations across multiple regions, time zones, and operating models.
• Define scalable, repeatable global implementation playbooks for consistency and quality.
• Translate complex requirements into executable delivery frameworks aligned to ALTOUR’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to influence roadmap enhancements.
• Manage integration and delivery dependencies with third-party vendors and partners.
• Identify gaps between current-state and future-state capabilities and define remediation strategies.
