Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by overseeing the end-to-end startup of new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. You will operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager.

Responsibilities include developing site procedures, coordinating onboarding, training field staff, and auditing 90-day post-implementation performance to ensure efficiency and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 75% regionally, including frequent overnight stays.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized site procedure manuals (CIMS), analyze floor plans, and build optimized staffing schedules.
• Partner with local teams to recruit, screen, and onboard frontline associates and field leadership.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, deliver comprehensive field training, and track operational metrics.
• Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits on new accounts to evaluate operational efficiency and technology adoption.
