Qualifications

• Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am, shift differential included)

• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers.
• Manage hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for our staff of over 14,000.
• Provide support when travel plans don't go as expected.
• Travel Counselors also support our customers through some reception duties.
